MONKEY ENGINEER

The Monkey Engineer is a versatile and cost-effective starting unit that can spawn multiple sentries within its range that function and target bloons on their own. It is also equipped with a quick-firing nail gun that can pass through multiple layers. Its effectiveness is further boosted by Monkey Villages and when grouped with each other, the Monkey Engineer becomes a very cheap yet formidable defense.

Strategy

  • The sentries that the monkey engineer spawns are placed randomly and they may block spaces meant for other towers. If that's the case, you can free up that space by selling the sentry ($0 cost)
  • The sentries can also spawn on top of water or any available space where you normally can't build towers on.
  • As starting towers, engineers can hold off a good number of rounds on its own, allowing the player to save enough cash to buy a Banana Farm as early as possible (
